Getting Started with XClause: Client Setup Guide
1. Log In to XClause 0:01
- Begin by logging into your XClause account.
- You may be greeted with a setup guide that provides step-by-step instructions.
2. Option to Hide Setup Guide 0:17
- If you prefer not to use the setup guide, you can choose to hide it permanently.
3. Add a New Client 0:33
- Navigate to the 'Clients' section.
- Click on 'New Client' or 'Add Client'.
- Enter the client's name.
4. Enable Client Portal 1:00
- Decide whether to enable the client portal:
- Enable Client Portal: The client will receive an email to log in and access contracts and onboarding materials.
- Disable Client Portal: The client will receive a link to access contracts without a portal.
5. Create the Client 1:35
- After entering the name and selecting the portal option, click 'Create Client'.
- The new client will now appear in your client list.
6. View Client Details 1:56
- Click on the client's name to view details such as:
- Contracts signed recently
- Pending signatures
- Onboarding setups
- Uploaded documents
- Sites associated with the client.
